How long will it take for someone to respond?

You will always hear from a real person (Christina or Korryn) within 48 hours — that’s 2 working days.

Mon to Fri: 9am ~ 5pm (Brisbane time)
Saturday: Maybe
Sunday: Unlikely

Can I ring you whenever I feel like it?

Sure! Please be mindful that we have families to care for so it’s best to call Monday to Friday: 9am ~ 5pm (Brisbane time). If we are unable to answer, please leave a message – we promise to respond within 48 hours. If you can fill in the form above first we’d appreciate it!

What should I wear?

Nothing too special. We provide you with an apron but we’ll be dealing with clay and paint so be realistic. For safety reasons please wear closed-toe shoes. Long nails are not great for clay work.
